Where do the Raiders Practice?
The Raiders will practice at Simms Bayou Park located at 9500 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd (near the MLK and Airport intersection). During the second half of the season after daylight savings, we may practice at Law Park II (our home field) which is located at 6200 Scarlett Houston, TX 77033 (Near the Mykawa Road and Airport Intersection)

How often do the Raiders practice?
We practice 3 nights a week for 2hrs a night. We typically practice from 6:00-8:00 pm Tue, Thur, Fri during the season and potentially Mon-Thu before the season starts. Occasionally we may have a need to practice four nights.

When does practice start?
During the month of May we offer free voluntary conditioning camps twice per month on the weekend usually from 3pm – 5pm. We offer a voluntary mini-camp for two or three weeks during the month of June. This is typical the middle of June and allows the kids to come together, get to know each other and have fun conditioning. We will start regular practice around middle to late July.

When do games start?
Our first game is typically around the first weekend in September.

When and where are the games played?
Our games are played on Saturday and at locations around Houston. Our home field is Law Park II (Scarlet)

What are the ages for football and cheer?
Football: Flag: 4-6| Freshman 7-8| JV 9-10 |Varsity 11-12
Cheer: Freshman: 4-6| JV 7-9 |Varsity 10-13

How much are the fees?
Flag - $125.00 Tackle $175.00
Cheer: The total out of pocket for Cheer usually ranges from $200.00 - $300.00

Will I have to buy anything else?
Yes. You will need to purchase practice pants for tackle players, a practice jersey, and a 7- piece pad set. We like our players to look uniform on game day and you may also need to purchase socks and a under shirt that the team wears under their equipment. These items are typically inexpensive.

What is the refund policy?
ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE ON A REFUND REQUEST FORM AND BE SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD
50% REFUND PRIOR TO JUNE 1ST
NO REFUND AFTER JUNE 1ST
ALL FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE RETURNED. THIS INCLUDES HELMET AND SHOULDER PADS
IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WOULD JUSTIFY A FULL REFUND, YOU MAY SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR CONSIDERATION
